The problem

Many freelancers bill from a document template. Numbering drifts, due dates are vague, clients approve work in a chat message, and following up on a late payment feels awkward. Payments arrive through banks, Payoneer or Wise after fees and a conversion rate nobody chose, so at the end of the year there is no clean record of what arrived in rupees.

What Duesheet does about it

It keeps clients, proposals, invoices and payments in one place. Proposals are accepted online with a name and a time on record. Invoices get numbers that never skip, a PDF and a private link, and each client gets one portal link to everything. When money lands you record what reached you in rupees, and the rate you actually got is worked out from it. Reminders go out politely until an invoice is paid.
