Every feature, itemised.
One job, done properly: agreeing the work, billing for it, and knowing what you were really paid. Here is the complete list, and what it does not do.
- 01
Invoices in any of eight currencies
USD, GBP, EUR, PKR, AED, SAR, CAD and AUD. Line items with quantities, a discount, and a tax line with your own label and rate. Totals are worked out by the database, so the PDF and the link always agree.
- 02
Numbers that never skip
Drafts get a number only when you send them, so abandoned drafts leave no gaps. A sent invoice is voided, never deleted, and keeps its number.
- 03
Proposals clients accept online
Send a proposal with scope, terms and a price. The client accepts by typing their name; the name and time are recorded. One click turns it into an invoice.
- 04
A PDF and a link for every invoice
A clean A4 PDF with your payment instructions, and a private link the client can open on any device. You see when they have viewed it.
- 05
A client portal
One link per client listing every invoice and proposal, what is paid and what is owed, with PDFs. No account for your client, and you can rotate the link any time.
- 06
What actually landed, in rupees
Record each payment with what reached your account in PKR. The rate you really got is worked out for you, and the dashboard shows income by month in rupees.
- 07
Polite reminders
Reminder emails three days before the due date, on the due date and a week after, with a one-click opt-out for each client. Or copy a ready-written reminder and send it yourself.
- 08
Retainers on autopilot
Recurring invoices weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, created as drafts to check or sent straight away.
- 09
A ledger you can trust
Payments cannot be edited or deleted. A mistake is reversed by the owner with a matching entry, and CSV exports give your accountant the whole year.
