Terms of Service

These terms apply to Duesheet, operated by DanixSoft (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them for yourself and, if you invite others, for your workspace.

Early access and price

Duesheet is free during early access: every feature, with no limit on clients or invoices and no card required. Pricing will be announced before early access ends, and nothing is charged automatically. Features may change during early access.

Your account

• Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including by people you invite.
• The workspace owner controls settings and membership, and alone can void invoices and reverse payments.

Your records and your clients

• You own your data. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, proposals and payment records, and for having a lawful reason to hold your clients’ details.
• Use reminder emails only for genuine invoices you have sent. Do not use the service to send marketing, spam or misleading messages.

Proposals accepted online

When a client accepts a proposal, we record the name they type and the time. That record may help show what was agreed, but whether it forms a binding contract depends on your agreement with your client and the law that applies to it. We are not a party to your agreements.

Not tax, legal or accounting advice

Duesheet records the invoices and payments you enter and the rates you record. It does not tell you what tax applies, how to register, or how to file. Invoices it produces are not tax invoices under any particular law unless you make sure they meet its requirements. Check with a qualified accountant.

Payments

The service does not process payments. Your clients pay you directly by the methods you list, and you record the payment. We are not responsible for payments between you and your clients.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive use, including false invoices.
• No attempts to access other workspaces’ data, to disrupt the service, or to probe it for weaknesses without our written permission.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but during early access it is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own copies by exporting CSV files and downloading PDFs.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses from unpaid invoices. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell you about significant changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Questions: contact DanixSoft.
